Music is an auditory stimulator which can control attention and promote learning.  When the brain and body are engaged in musical stimuli, language, speech, motoric, memory, and creative functions are addressed in their respective areas in the brain.

Developmental Disabilities & Autism: Structured music experiences that teach cognitive, motor, social,
communication and daily living skills.
Physical & Sensory Impairments: Music becomes a important component in rehabilitative treatment.
Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia: Provoke memory, reduce agitation and enhance reality orientation.
 
Where are services rendered?
Music therapy services are provided in-home Monday–Friday by appointment within the Southern Maine region.
